Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to prepare and serve food according to recipes and production guidelines while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. You will handle equipment safely and ensure service points are ready for operation.

The role requires basic food hygiene knowledge, English proficiency, and the ability to work as part of a team with minimal direction. Training will be provided to acquire the required qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must acquire basic food hygiene qualification within first six months.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP.
• 1 year’s experience in a similar environment.
• Good understanding of English.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by the company.
• Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, HACCP included.
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
• Preparation of service area and/or service points.
• Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
• Handling cash transactions and ensuring the accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
• Attend in-house training sessions.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations.
