Job summary
OCS UK & Ireland is seeking staff for an onsite catering role with early start hours and Monday–Friday work pattern. The role focuses on ensuring food quality, hygiene compliance, and smooth service in a fast-paced environment, with access to staff benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications
- Experience with HACCP and food hygiene regulations.
- Good command of English and ability to follow safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Check in deliveries and ensure high-quality produce is accepted.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food hygiene regulations.
- Raise quality concerns to Head Chef or Catering Manager immediately.
- Ensure proper storage and FIFO stock rotation.
- Perform cleaning duties and maintain equipment and surroundings.
- Follow cleaning schedules and sign off relevant paperwork.
- Support service areas and assist in serving food/beverages to standards.
- Monitor temperatures and record daily waste.
- Attend in-house training and maintain personal hygiene and appearance.
