Leonardo Hotels Dublin Christchurch is seeking a Kitchen Porter to help maintain a spotless kitchen, assist with basic food preparation, and support the senior chef in a busy hotel environment.

You will uphold exceptional guest care, health and safety standards, and ensure all duties are completed with accuracy and teamwork. The role offers opportunities for learning and progression within the Leonardo Hotels network.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Ensure the kitchen is spotless and food hygiene is observed.
• Report maintenance issues or broken equipment to the senior chef on duty.
• Wash, dry and store pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and more.
• Assist with basic food preparation as required by the senior chef.
• Manage all kitchen waste promptly.
• Assist with supply deliveries and storage.
• Utilise relevant systems to complete tasks timely.
• Adhere to policies, COSHH, HACCP and health and safety regulations.
• Complete any other reasonable request from management.
