Job summary

The Address Citywest is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join its team in Ireland. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of operational hygiene across kitchen areas in line with Hotel & Hygiene Regulations.

Responsibilities include completing HACCP checklists, cleaning fridges, ovens, and equipment, and ensuring safe, hygienic storage and waste practices. Right to work in Ireland required.

Qualifications

• Maintain a high level of operational hygiene in all kitchen areas.
• Complete HACCP checklist and follow hygiene regulations.
• Carry out cleaning duties and ensure storage areas are clean and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Areas of responsibility: complete HACCP checklist.
• Cleaning fridges, ovens, food mixers & food stores.
• Pot wash and area surrounds; rubbish skip areas.
• Hygiene in kitchen areas and storage areas.
• All bins emptied and waste managed.
• Attend training sessions as required.
