Job summary

Vault Personnel Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Director of Quality to oversee all day-to-day operations and ensure the highest quality foods are prepared and served. Prepare menus, manage staff, and maintain hygiene, inventory, and cost controls.

The Head Chef will lead kitchen production, design menus, train staff, and handle hiring, with emphasis on delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• High School Diploma in Culinary is required.
• Strong team player with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen production and assign tasks to staff.
• Ensure hygiene, freshness, and quality of dishes; monitor cost controls.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; conduct interviews and reviews.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and food cost to meet targets.
