Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar Chef Manager role.
• Strong culinary skills with excellent organisation and leadership.
• Excellent customer service focus and ability to manage a team.
• Experience planning, costing and managing menus and food costs.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day catering operation on site.
• Hands-on kitchen involvement with food preparation and service.
• Develop food concepts, promotions and healthy menu options.
• Plan and cost menus in line with contract and standards.
• Manage stock, ordering, portion control and food costs.
• Train and develop kitchen staff in health & safety.
