Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Sales Associate for our Tommy Hilfiger store in Ireland. You will deliver outstanding customer service, act as a brand ambassador with product knowledge, and help customers with outfit recommendations and product information.

The role focuses on maintaining store standards, driving KPIs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Previous hospitality/retail experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and stay composed on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• First point of contact for discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Be a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Provide outfit suggestions and product recommendations.
• Assess customer needs and inform on product features.
• Drive store KPIs and contribute to visual presentation and organization.
