Funland Kids Entertainment in Dublin is seeking a friendly, energetic entertainer to host children's parties, family events and corporate gatherings. You will perform interactive magic, music, games, karaoke, balloons and themed characters, while ensuring every child feels welcome.

This role suits someone who enjoys performing, wearing costumes and leading groups, with weekend bookings and travel across Dublin. Training is provided and pay ranges from 100 to 200 per party.

Qualifications

• Experience with children’s entertainment preferred.
• Must have a car to travel between venues.
• Weekend availability is required.

Funland Kids Entertainment is looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable entertainer to help us create magical memories at children’s birthday parties, family celebrations and corporate events.

Our parties include interactive magic, music, dancing, games, karaoke, bubble disco, animal balloons and themed characters, from princesses and superheroes to disco stars!

This role could suit an actor, singer, dancer, drama student or someone with experience working with children who loves performing.

What you’ll do

• Lead lively, interactive parties that keep children engaged.
• Run games, dancing, karaoke and other party activities.
• Perform as themed characters, depending on the booking.
• Help children feel welcome and included, adapting activities to their ages and confidence levels.
• Communicate warmly and professionally with parents and venue staff.
• Set up and pack away party equipment, arriving on time and prepared.
• Work alongside our team and lead parties independently when ready.

• A confident, enthusiastic person who enjoys working with children.
• Someone reliable, punctual and well organised.
• A warm communicator with patience and a sense of humour.
• Someone comfortable performing, wearing costumes and leading a group.
• Availability for weekend bookings.
• Ability to travel to parties across Dublin and surrounding areas. MUST HAVE A CAR

Experience in children’s entertainment, performing arts, childcare or teaching is welcome. Skills such as face painting, balloon modelling or magic are a bonus, please tell us what you can bring to the team!
