Job summary

BHMSchools is seeking dedicated KidKare Assistants and Supervisors for after-school programs across all locations. Positions available at community education sites; part-time and full-time roles with schedule 5 Days / Week, 1.5-8 Hours / Day, 12 Months / Year.

You'll provide a warm, engaging and safe environment, encourage curiosity through play, foster inclusion, and work with a supportive team. Prior child-care experience helps; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, and you must be 16 or

Qualifications

• A kind, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine care for children.
• Experience working with children is a plus, but we value passion and willingness to learn!
• A commitment to equity, inclusion, and fostering a diverse learning environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR/First aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 16 years of age or older.

Pay Schedule: Assistants $15.30-$16.12 per hour, Supervisors $18.31-$21.85
