Fossil Group is hiring for a Sales Associate/Keyholder in Ireland. You will greet guests, build relationships, and drive sales while maintaining store standards. You will open/close the store when required, manage KPIs, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Additionally there is the responsibility to open and close the store as and when there is no management on shift. Your Responsibilities

• Approach and engage our guests in a friendly and proactive manner

Additional Keyholder Responsibilities

• Safely retain a set of store keys so that the store can be opened or closed in the absence of any management on shift
• During times where no management is present on shift, the Keyholder will be responsible for: completing opening and/or closing store routines, filling out daily planners, analysing reports, giving direction and support to the team and ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
• This is a position of responsibility and therefore the Keyholder should support management and lead by example in all aspects of their role, demonstrating the Fossil core values and retail behaviours.
