Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Kildare, Ireland is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor, lead by example, and ensure smooth store operations during shifts, including opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Take responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Ensure high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Keyholder, you play a critical role in bringing the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, support the wider team, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store during your shifts – including opening and closing when management are not present.
