Job summary

Amundi in Dublin is seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst (Trading) for a 24-month VIE programme. You will provide 1st line support for the ALTO platform, handling trade management and execution-related issues across Europe.

Key tasks include incident management, user access provisioning, onboarding clients to OMS/Trading/PMS/Risk modules, and documenting support activities. English fluency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in engineering, computer science or finance.
• Good understanding of financial markets and traded instruments.
• Hands-on experience with XML and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level application support for production issues from initial contact to resolution.
• Apply incident, problem management and prioritisation to invest­ment processes (Order management to Portfolio management).
• Process user requests for application access and authorisation.
• Onboard new clients onto the ALTO modules (OMS, Trading, PMS and Risk).
• Document and optimize the support activity.
• Provide end-user training when required.
