Emergn is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver consistent recruitment outcomes. You will manage the end-to-end process from sourcing to onboarding, engaging with hiring managers and building a strong candidate network.

You will operate within a flexible work model, promoting our brand and helping Emergn attract top talent across Ireland and beyond. Strong English and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
• Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented with a passion for recruitment and talent development.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Irish or EU citizenship or Stamp 4 required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Work with hiring managers to understand position requirements, refine job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, acting as a company ambassador to promote our brand.
