Job summary

Centric Health Ltd is seeking a Junior SysOps Engineer to join the IT team. You will work with senior engineers to run and secure Centric Health's infrastructure, support onboarding of GP practices, and coordinate with third parties.

The role focuses on infrastructure and cyber security operations, including monitoring, patching, and secure configuration in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years in an IT infrastructure, systems administration or junior role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, network and cloud services and respond to alerts.
• Carry out routine administration across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure.
• Support Active Directory and Group Policy across sites.
• Handle infrastructure tickets from the Service Desk and document actions.
• Check backups and assist with restore testing.
• Support cyber security operations and incident response.
