Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking a Junior Site Engineer to support the delivery of civil infrastructure projects. You will assist setting out, site surveying, and daily on-site tasks under the supervision of senior engineers.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree or in progress, up to 1 year of relevant work or internship in Ireland or the UK, and familiarity with GPS, total stations, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating or hold a degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Up to 1 year of experience on civil projects in Ireland or the UK or a college placement (Internship).
• Knowledge of setting out equipment including GPS, site engineer level, total station.

Responsibilities

• Setting out on site.
• Site surveying tasks.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure they are followed correctly.
• Assisting the procurement department.
• Assisting the commercial department.
• Completing SHEQ forms.
• Tracking site records.
• Completing labour and plant returns.
• General site civil engineering daily tasks.
