Qualifications

• A degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of RF and wireless fundamentals.
• Minimum two years’ practical experience with electronic hardware and laboratory equipment.
• Proficient in hands-on soldering and PCB rework.
• Ability to work with small surface-mount components (0603/0402).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good technical documentation and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and commitment to RF expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support RF engineering activities across product development, testing, validation, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Perform RF measurements using spectrum analysers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters, oscilloscopes.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot RF test configurations, fixtures, cables, and lab equipment.
• Assist with RF design validation, performance characterisation, and wireless product verification.
• Support antenna testing, matching, tuning, and RF performance optimisation.
• Conduct RF measurements in conducted and radiated environments and document results.
• Investigate unexpected results and perform root-cause analysis.
• Carry out PCB soldering and rework, including small SMD components.
• Support EMC pre-compliance testing and external certification activities.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain lab records.
