Job summary

JLL in Dublin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects on-site. You will define scope with clients, develop schedules, manage budgets, and oversee procurement and contracts to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a proactive approach to risk and quality control across multiple projects valued between €500,000 and €10 million.

Qualifications

• Experience across full project lifecycle from inception to closeout.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong planning, scheduling and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial projects ranging from €500,000 to €10 million.
• Develop detailed project schedules and critical path using MS Project.
• Prepare budgets, track expenditures and forecast final costs.
• Administer contracts, procure contractors and manage change orders.
• Lead meetings, monitor progress and mitigate time, cost and quality risks.
