You will work with experienced professionals, developing your skills in valuations, budgeting, subcontractor accounts, and cost reporting while contributing to accurate commercial records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Approximately 1 year post-graduate experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Strong numerical, commercial and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project cost control and budget management.
• Support procurement activities, including subcontractor and supplier packages.
• Assist in the preparation of valuations and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
• Manage and track variations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review subcontractor accounts and payment applications.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
