Job summary

Clear Strategy, a Dublin-based data product and services company, seeks a Junior Project Manager to support delivery of Data, Analytics and AI consulting projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, and high quality across diverse client engagements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project coordination or related fields, with exposure to IT consulting and familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA) and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring requirements are met.
• Support effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate resource allocation with team leads.
• Monitor workloads and escalate capacity issues.
• Monitor budgets and align with forecasts.
• Support delivery of project deliverables to a high standard.
• Conduct regular reviews to align with goals and client expectations.
• Use project management tools to track effort in client reports.
