The Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Data Science leader to join a Dublin-based team in a hybrid role. You will lead and develop a team of Data Scientists, shaping the organisation's approach to Data Science, AI and analytics, and delivering scalable, data-led solutions with senior stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in data science, strong technical skills in Python or R, SQL and ML, plus experience deploying ML in production and working with modern cloud-based

Formación

• Proven leadership of Data Science teams.
• Experience with end-to-end DS lifecycle: development, deployment and monitoring.
• Strong background in AI/ML applied to business problems.
• Experience with cloud-based data & analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and business orientation.
