Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking a motivated Junior Product Content Coordinator to join the Enrichment Team within the Digital Department on a maternity cover contract. You will acquire, track, and upload online product content, ensuring timely publication across Brown Thomas and Arnotts websites.

Reporting to the Senior Product Content Coordinator, you will work with cross-functional teams and supplier brands to maintain content quality, accuracy and brand consistency, while adapting to changing

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with eCommerce platforms and Excel for data handling.
• Basic Photoshop skills for image processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage tracking and upload of products through the enrichment workflow.
• Collaborate with Buying/Merchandising to monitor new products.
• Request imagery and content from supplier brands and manage communications.
• Upload, process and quality-check product imagery and copy to meet standards.
• Process product imagery using Adobe Photoshop before uploading to the database.
• Assign products to correct categories and attributes per guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks and publish products with high accuracy.
• Support seasonal ranges and trading projects within deadlines.
• Assist in collecting product legislation information and reporting.
