Job summary

Harmonics Recruitment is hiring for an Assistant Project Manager for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on developing and maximising the value of the current onshore pipeline within wind and solar developments.

You will assist the Project Management Team day-to-day, coordinate environmental resources, review project documentation, track programme and risk, and work with 3rd party consultants and authorities to support delivery. Onsite supervision of consultants will be required where needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher qualification in Environmental Science, Natural Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in renewable energy, onshore or similar industries.
• Knowledge of environmental assessments for wind and solar projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Project Management Team in day-to-day aspects of project management for a significant pipeline of wind and solar developments.
• Support and assistance in the successful delivery and coordination of environmental resources.
• Critically review project documentation, track project programme & risk, to ensure project viability.
• Identifying and escalating issues as they arise, while being proactive and solution oriented with good attention to detail.
• Consulting with 3rd party consultants, Local Authorities, Statutory bodies, An Bord Pleanála and joint venture partners.
• Onsite supervision of 3rd party consultants, where required.
