Ingersoll Rand Inc. in Waterford, Ireland, is hiring a Junior Plastic Fabricator to assist in the manufacture, assembly, and finishing of high-quality plastic products.

You will learn plastic fabrication techniques, operate workshop machinery, read drawings, and contribute to production in a specialist manufacturing environment. The role offers opportunities for hands-on development within a team-focused setting, with emphasis on quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, construction, or similar hands-on environment desirable but not essential.

• Good numerical skills and ability to read measurements accurately.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret basic drawings.

Job Summary

The Junior Plastic Fabricator is responsible for assisting in the manufacture, assembly, and finishing of high-quality plastic products. Working as part of the fabrication team, the successful candidate will learn and apply a range of plastic fabrication techniques, operate workshop machinery and hand tools, and contribute to the production of custom plastic components and assemblies. Basic Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, construction, or a similar hands-on environment is desirable but not essential.

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret basic drawings.
