Tata Consultancy Services UK&I in Letterkenny is seeking an experienced Integration/ETL Developer for a 6‑month fixed term contract (hybrid). You will build and support SSIS packages and Azure Data Factory pipelines for a leading UK higher education organisation, delivering reliable interfaces and robust data movement in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of integration or ETL development experience.
• Hands‑on SSIS development and Azure Data Factory experience.
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Strong SQL Server and T‑SQL skills with REST/SOAP fundamentals.
• Experience with Git, unit testing, troubleshooting, Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and support enterprise integration and ETL components using SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
• Deliver interfaces against specifications and support day‑to‑day operations.
• Create and maintain SSIS packages and ADF pipelines across environments.
• Configure data movement, transformation and scheduling tasks.
• Develop workflows using Logic Apps and Functions; maintain API integrations.
• Implement validation, logging and error handling; execute unit tests and fixes.
• Monitor jobs, troubleshoot failures, and maintain runbooks/documentation.

The Role
Develop, test and support enterprise integration and ETL components using SSIS, Azure Data Factory and Azure Integration Services for a leading UK higher education organisation. You will deliver interfaces against approved specifications and support reliable day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SSIS packages and Azure Data Factory pipelines from approved interface specifications.
• Configure data movement, transformation and scheduling activities across project environments.
• Develop integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, and maintain defined API integrations.
• Implement validation, logging and error handling; execute unit tests and resolve assigned defects.
• Monitor integration jobs, investigate routine failures, support releases and maintain interface documentation and runbooks.

Your Profile:

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• 6-8 years of relevant integration or ETL development experience.
• Hands‑on SSIS development and Azure Data Factory experience.
• Working knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Good SQL Server and T‑SQL skills with understanding of REST and SOAP API fundamentals.
• Experience with Git, unit testing, troubleshooting, Agile development and production support practices.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Exposure to Azure messaging services, CI/CD pipelines and enterprise monitoring tools.
