Job summary

Cubic³ is hiring a junior lawyer to join the Legal team and support NDAs, standard agreements, and corporate filings. You will learn rapidly, gain exposure to live negotiations, and work across Sales, Finance and Procurement in a fast-paced, international tech environment.

The role emphasises ownership, learning speed, and collaboration, with on-site probation and potential for flexible remote days after the probation period.

Qualifications

• Strong academic and professional grounding in contract law and commercial drafting.
• Qualified solicitor or barrister with c. 1 year PQE, or a legal executive with c. 2 years' relevant legal experience.
• Open to AI-augmented ways of working and adopting new tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage NDAs and manage contract templates and execution processes.
• Draft, review and manage standard commercial agreements (vendor, supplier, customer).
• Handle corporate filings and company secretarial administration.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up document review and legal admin.
• Progress to support negotiations and stakeholder management with Sales, Finance, Procurement and Product.
