Lidl Ireland is seeking a Junior Customer Support Specialist to enhance the customer journey across Lidl Ireland & Northern Ireland. You’ll handle inquiries via chat, phone and email, resolve issues quickly and maintain high satisfaction levels with a metrics-driven approach.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure. A hybrid schedule offers up to 2 days remote work weekly and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via Whatsapp, Messenger, telephone and email for Lidl Ireland & Northern Ireland.
• Manage large volumes of customer contacts across channels.
• Resolve enquiries to maximise customer satisfaction and quick resolution.
• Meet KPIs and follow procedures including Call Quality and AHT.
• Use CRM Salesforce to collate and manage customer data.
• Liaise with third-party service agents as needed.
• Support other departments with information and tools
