Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with conveyancing and property transaction experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish property law and conveyancing processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and commercial property acquisitions, sales, and disposals.
• Support lettings, lease negotiations, and landlord/tenant matters.
• Coordinate legal due diligence and transaction execution.
• Liaise with external solicitors, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Provide practical legal and commercial support to senior management.
• Contribute to broader company projects, growth initiatives and operational improvements.
