Responsibilities

• Assist the Commercial Team with day-to-day sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and reports.
• Support distributor setup, communications and follow-ups.
• Track and report on commercial activity and performance.
• Input and maintain data within the CRM system.
• Track leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
• Assist in generating reports and insights for decisions.
• Create marketing materials (presentations, brochures, social content).
• Update the company website with new content and news.
• Support social media activity (LinkedIn).
• Plan and coordinate conferences and events.
• Coordinate shipment of marketing materials.
• Liaise with suppliers for print and event setup.
• Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure timely responses.
• Provide general admin support to the commercial team.
