Job summary

Life Science Recruitment is assisting an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization in Dublin to recruit a recent Engineering graduate or early-career Engineer to develop and deliver technical training for Engineering and Maintenance teams. You will support high-speed automated inspection, assembly and robotic equipment and lead a defined digital capability programme.

You will review training materials, evolve structured programmes and drive adoption of PlantPulse and approved AI tools to improve

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronic, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience or internship in pharmaceutical, medical device or regulated environments is a plus.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment, PLCs, robotics, and data tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong technical understanding of automated syringe/vial inspection and robotic equipment.
• Review and improve training materials and deliver structured programmes across shifts.
• Support adoption of PlantPulse and approved AI/digital tools for troubleshooting and productivity.

Education

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronic, Manufacturing Engineering or related

Tools

PLC/Robotics knowledge

Automation equipment understanding

Data analytics / AI tools familiarity
