Job summary

Waystone in Cashel is seeking an entry level Distribution Support Analyst to assist the day‑to‑day running of the Distribution Support team. This client‑facing role requires you to work closely with colleagues across functions to carry out distribution activity within a clear regulatory framework.

You will respond to investor queries, prepare marketing materials and coordinate campaigns, with a focus on accuracy, timely responses and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

• BA degree from a reputable institution, preferably finance/marketing/language oriented.

Summary: This Cashel-based role is to support the day‑to‑day running of the Distribution Support team in line with the Distribution Support Operating Model agreement concluded with each client. This is a client‑facing role that requires you to work closely with colleagues across functional and geographic boundaries to carry out distribution activity across the EEA for a number of our key clients within a clear regulatory framework.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Work with clients’ product experts within the regulatory framework to formulate investor query responses and provide to investors in a timely manner
• Work with internal teams to ensure necessary fund registration/AIFM passports/pre‑marketing permissions are in place
• Agree communications with clients for campaigns and directly issuing to potential investors
• Review marketing campaigns and marketing materials
• Work with clients on creating new content across traditional and digital marketing media
• Co‑ordinate responses to investor queries arising from the campaign
• Conduct data analysis on marketing campaigns and identify areas of improvement and success
• Provide roadshow support including:
• diarising initial calls & meetings as well as following‑up with investors
• recording all activity and associated communication in Salesforce
• Provide fund documents (point of sale) and marketing materials to investors
• Co‑ordinate & track receipt and transmission of directly received investor orders with fund administrators and clients
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

This is an entry level position for the ideal candidate who can demonstrate the following skills. On the job training will be provided and the team operates within strict adherence to policy and procedures:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Familiarity with other European languages would be an advantage.
• An ability to prioritise multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactive problem resolution and an ability to independently manage tasks within a team framework.

• Self‑motivation and confidence
• Minimum B.A. degree from a reputable institution, preferably within a finance‑focused, marketing and/or language curriculum.
• Solid computer skills particularly in Excel, Work, PowerPoint. Salesforce, CRM systems and PowerBI are an added advantage.
