Job summary

MUFG Investor Services is seeking a Junior Associate Director to lead day-to-day Client Trading Operations. You will manage fund order processing, oversee trading activity, and serve as the main contact for clients, fund managers, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires experience in fund orders, AML/KYC, and strong leadership to mentor the team. The position is hybrid in Ireland, offering opportunities across global funds and a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fund Order Desk, Fund Dealing, Client Trading, Investment Operations, Trade Operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of fund subscriptions, redemptions, settlements, and investor trading activity.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC and controls within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily client trading activities and ensure all trading deadlines are met.
• Coordinate processing of fund orders, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and capital commitments.
• Review and validate trade documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and fund requirements.
• Manage trade settlement activities and resolve trading exceptions and operational queries.
• Partner with clients, investment managers, fund administrators, custodians, and internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality service.
• Support AML/KYC due diligence requirements and interactions with underlying fund administrators.
• Track and manage fund expense invoices and payments.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation, system enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members while supporting departmental projects and reporting.
