Job summary

MUFG Investor Services is seeking a Junior Associate Director, Nexus, Client Delivery to support a portfolio of private equity fund clients. You will ensure financial information is accurate, delivered on time, and meets regulatory requirements.

Your daily tasks include preparing NAVs, financial statements, reviewing transactions, and collaborating with managers, auditors, brokers, and internal teams to meet client deadlines. Attention to detail and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• Experience in fund administration or auditing preferred.
• Interest in pursuing professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/CPA/CFA) advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fund accounting reports, NAVs and financial statements.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Associate Director, Private Equity, you will support a portfolio of private equity fund clients and ensure their financial information is accurate, delivered on time, and meets regulatory requirements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing fund accounting reports, Net Asset Values (NAVs), financial statements, and other client deliverables.
• Reviewing fund transactions and ensuring they are accurately recorded in our accounting systems.
• Working closely with investment managers, auditors, brokers, and other external partners to resolve operational matters.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Investor Delivery, Regulatory Reporting, Finance, and Operations to meet client deadlines.
• Supporting the year-end audit process, including preparing information requested by auditors.
• Responding to client queries and ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
• Monitoring deliverables to ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
• Ensuring fees are invoiced and collected on time.
• Assisting with projects, process improvements, and other tasks as required.

• Degree or post-secondary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in fund administration, investment management, public accounting, or auditing.
• Interest in pursuing or currently studying toward a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
