You will assist with drawings and specifications, collaborate with architects, conduct site visits, and use AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate technical designs while ensuring compliance with building regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and team members to develop detailed construction drawings and plans.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development.
• Utilise CAD software and other design tools to produce accurate technical drawings and models.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes and standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
• Support the project team in the coordination and management of project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
