Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI and AI-enabled tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex modelling processes to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and calibrate key actuarial assumptions and methodologies.
• Report actuarial results to stakeholders and regulators.
• Contribute to pricing, reserving, and capital management discussions.
• Deliver actuarial analysis to support planning and decisions.
• Collaborate with actuaries, claims, underwriters to align assumptions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop tools and reporting to improve underwriting performance.
• Communicate results and recommendations timely.
