Job summary

JD.com Inc. invites interns to join the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects and responsibilities.

Over 3–6 months, you will work with experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. You will learn through meaningful, hands-on projects, supported by talented colleagues across our global network, in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes development and learning.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common workplace software and digital tools.
• Able to communicate and write effectively in both Chinese and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily treasury operations including regional fund settlements, liquidity replenishment, credit card billing and collection processing.
• Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the treasury center and optimize manuals and workflow documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for business units’ payment/receipt inquiries and provide timely resolution to routine treasury-related questions.

About Your Program

Fund Operations Execution

• Handle daily treasury operations including regional fund settlements, liquidity replenishment, credit card billing and collection processing

Operation SOP Build Up

• Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the treasury center
• Continuously optimize fund operation manuals and workflow documentation

Business Support

• Serve as primary contact for business units’ payment/receipt inquiries
• Provide timely resolution to routine treasury-related operational questions

• Proficient in using common workplace software and digital tools to support daily tasks and collaboration.
• Able to communicate and write effectively in both Chinese and English.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
