Job summary

JD.com is seeking a Regional Treasury professional to manage the regional treasury center's liquidity, FX operations, and policy development for our multinational operations in the region.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in treasury/fund management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. English and Chinese fluency is required; Arabic is a plus. This role is based in Ireland with responsibilities across the regional network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of treasury/fund management experience; multinational/ corporate group experience preferred.
• English and Chinese proficiency for business operations; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Funds Management: manage liquidity pool, liquidity management, and forex operations for regional entities.
• Formulate regional treasury policies applicable to the regional treasury center.
• Review intra-regional payment transactions and prepare fund-related reports.
• Coordinate with HQ on regional treasury-related system/data requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Funds Management: Responsible for managing the regional treasury center, including liquidity pool management, liquidity management, and foreign exchange operations for entities within the region.
• Regional treasury Policies Build up: Responsible for formulating fund management policies applicable to the regional treasury center.
• Transaction Coordination: Responsible for reviewing intra-regional payment transactions and preparing fund-related reports.
• Regional treasury System Build up : Responsible for coordinating with headquarters on regional treasury-related system/data requirements.

Job Requirements

• Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in treasury/fund management; preference for candidates with experience in corporate groups or multinational banks.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Chinese for business operations. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
