Qualifications

  • 3rd Level Qualification: Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering).
  • Work experience: 4+ Years Demonstrated experience in software development.
  • Coding Aptitude: Extensive architecture and programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely.
  • Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Development: Technical leadership in an agile team to design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our products.
  • DevOps & Microservices: Help lead the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture.
  • Embrace AI technology: Leveraging these transformative technologies to accelerate the team’s productivity and the delivery of customer features.
  • Adaptable & Problem-Solver: Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Ownership & Quality: Take responsibility for leading tasks, from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues, all with a level of high attention to detail.
  • Support & Growth: Receive dedicated mentorship and formal training from a supportive team of fellow engineers to help you get up to speed and grow your skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Any of the following skills would be particularly advantageous, but we welcome applications without these:

  • Knowledge of programming in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript
  • Experience with data science / AI
  • Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery

We provide training and mentoring for all new team members to fill in any gaps.
