Job summary

eir business talent is seeking a Senior Manager for IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture to shape the IT roadmap, governance, and standards across applications, data and cloud platforms in Dublin City Centre.

You will lead a team of Architects, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive delivery of secure, scalable solutions on Microsoft technologies (Azure, Fabric) while embedding responsible AI practices and governance.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
Extensive enterprise and solution architecture experience with Microsoft platforms.
Experience designing and governing architectures using CAF and WAF across SDLC.
Hands-on architecture of data and analytics on Azure and Fabric.
Experience applying Microsoft AI services with responsible AI practices.
Strong people management and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Own IT strategy development and annual reviews; adapt to business needs.
Lead enterprise architecture standards, governance, and reference architectures.
Manage and mentor Architects; set objectives and ensure delivery quality.
Ensure secure, scalable, cost-efficient designs across programmes.
Partner with leadership on estimation, planning and prioritisation.
Establish architecture governance forums and ensure regulatory alignment.
Design and govern solutions on Microsoft platforms; ensure security and compliance.
Architect modern analytics/data platforms using Azure and Fabric.
Embed AI capabilities with Microsoft AI services to deliver business value.
