Ryanair Labs in Dublin invites graduates to join a 12-month fixed-term graduate programme across Software Development, BI & Data, Information Security, Infrastructure & Operations, Project, Planning & Delivery, QA, and IT Marketing. Successful candidates gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You should be on track to a minimum 2.1 and have excelled in your degree, with a story to tell and strong outside interests. Applications close 31 January 2027.
