Job summary

Eurofins in Dublin is seeking an IT Knowledge & Documentation Analyst to elevate knowledge management, documentation, and communication across IT. The role blends business analysis, technical writing, and process improvement in an international IT environment.

You will work hybrid, based in Dublin with at least two days in the office per week, collaborating with stakeholders from technical experts to IT leadership to ensure high-quality knowledge capture and sharing.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, Instructional Designer, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience managing content on knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint or Confluence.
• Experience creating and publishing Knowledge Base articles using platforms such as BMC Helix or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and associated tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training and knowledge transfer activities.
• Strong analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to balance high‑level process thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, IT Service Management, and Information Security concepts.

In a nutshell

As a IT Knowledge & Documentation Analyst (IT infrastructure analyst) within the IT Knowledge Management team, you will play a key role in improving how knowledge, documentation, and communication are managed across Eurofins IT. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, from technical experts and support engineers to senior IT leadership, to ensure high-quality documentation, knowledge‑sharing practices, communication standards, and training initiatives. This role combines business analysis, technical writing, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement in an international IT environment.

Where will you be based and what business will you support?

This hybrid position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

You have:
