Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an IT Reporting & Documentation Analyst in Dublin. The role involves transforming IT, operational and financial data into clear executive communications for the Group CIO and senior IT leadership.

You will synthesize data from multiple sources, focusing on KPIs, budgets and governance documents, delivering accurate, impactful reports and narratives for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience producing executive-level reports or governance documentation.
  • Experience analysing complex data and translating findings into recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with Power BI and Excel reporting.
  • Understanding of KPI methodologies and performance measurement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Job Description

In a nutshell

The IT Reporting & Documentation Analyst will drive the creation of reports, memos and other documents from the Eurofins IT Organisation for senior executives in the Eurofins Group at the request of the Group CIO and senior IT leadership. The role requires the ability to synthesise information and business intelligence from a variety of sources including those concerning technical compliance, budget, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other metrics, and to communicate the information clearly, including explanation of underlying data and calculations

Where will you be based and what business will you support?

This hybrid position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

By working closely with senior IT leadership and stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure that reporting, documentation and strategic messaging are accurate, consistent and impactful. You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience producing executive-level reports, governance documentation, performance reporting or business communications.
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex financial, operational, technical and statistical data and translate findings into executive-level recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Excel reporting and dashboard interpretation.
  • Strong understanding of KPI methodologies and performance measurement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of IT and documentation frameworks such as SDLC, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001.
  • Experience in IT governance, executive reporting, business analytics or strategic communications.
  • Exposure to large, complex or multinational organizations.
