Job summary

Re-Cell Technology Solutions Limited is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our growing technology team in Maynooth. You will gather, analyze and document business and system requirements, prepare BRDs and user stories, and work closely with developers, project managers, QA, and business users to deliver effective technology solutions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SDLC and Agile practices, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
Good understanding of SDLC and business process analysis.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Experience using Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through meetings and workshops.
Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with software developers, project managers, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
Support solution design, system implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
