Marsh Ireland is seeking a senior technology leader to act as the single accountable technology owner for the country. You will shape the technology roadmap, partner with the Country CEO/COO, and drive delivery across a matrixed network of teams to ensure value and risk management.

You will lead governance of major Capex programmes, maintain operational stability, and identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled improvements with clients and senior Marsh stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles, including 5+ years in senior leadership (CIO/CTO/Technology Director) or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology programs with scope, risk, budget, and benefits realization.
• Experience in a matrixed organisation with accountability across multiple delivery partners.
• Strong Capex governance experience: business case, investment approval, benefits tracking, programme recovery.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain a single integrated country technology roadmap funded and delivered.
• Act as primary technology partner to the Country CEO/COO translating priorities into technology decisions.
• Drive delivery accountability across regional, global, local, vendor and squad teams.
• Lead governance and delivery oversight of major Capex programmes from business case to benefits realization.
• Establish escalation routes and resolve cross-team dependencies in technology delivery.
• Maintain service continuity and operational stability while identifying automation opportunities.
• Represent Marsh P&I Technology with clients and senior stakeholders in discussions on technology options, risks and investment.
