Job summary

A leading supplementary education provider in Ireland is seeking a remote Ireland Team Coordinator to foster relationships with Franchise Instructors and manage various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate needs to be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include liaising with colleagues, managing inquiries, creating budgets, and using Microsoft applications. This part-time role offers flexibility with a work pattern of 20 hours per week, ideally from 09:00 to 13:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with Franchise Instructors and encourage local marketing.
  • Being the first point of call for Instructor queries.
  • Liaising with HO departments and colleagues across the UK.
  • Managing the vetting process of Instructors and Assistants.
  • Working with the Regional Manager to create financial budgets.
  • Work with the Regional Manager to monitor budgets and submit information to Head Office.
  • Create presentations for Senior Management.

Kumon is a supplementary education provider, specialising in Maths and English programmes tailored to ensure that each child is working at just the right level.

Founded in Japan in 1958, the Kumon Method encourages self-led learning that promotes independence and increases ability, all with the guidance of our Franchise Instructors. We have been established in Ireland and N Ireland for over 20 years and we currently have over 30 study centres throughout the Island.

The work will involve:

Building relationships with the Franchise Instructors and encourage them to participate in National and local marketing Campaigns.

Being the first point of call for Instructor queries

Liaising with HO departments and with Colleagues across the UK and communicating to Instructors
Responding to enquiries from Potential Franchisees regarding the Kumon method and the Franchise Recruitment process.
Managing the Vetting process of Instructor and Assistants to ensure Child Protection policies are adhered to in each centre. This will involve working with the National Vetting Bureau and Access NI.

Working with the Regional Manager to create and monitor financial budgets and targets and the submission of information to Head Office, as required.

Creating presentations to Senior Management.

To be successful in the role you will have:

Work Pattern:
20 hours per week
Ideally 09:00 - 13:00 Monday to Friday

Stage 1 - Telephone Meeting with Recruitment Coordinator
Stage 2 - Orientation Meeting; including proficiency tests in Maths, English, and Aptitude
Stage 3 - Presentation to a panel, followed by a competency-based interview
