Job summary

AT-PAC, part of the Umdasch Group, is seeking a Sales Representative for Ireland to establish and grow our presence across the country. You will identify opportunities, build long-term relationships and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial sales professional with 5+ years in B2B sales, strong English, and knowledge of scaffolding. You will travel within Ireland to meet clients and attend sites and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in scaffolding or industrial services.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding and system scaffolding desirable.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Proven ability to develop new business and build a customer base.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop AT-PAC’s presence across Ireland.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend AT-PAC products and solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare sales plans, presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a professional customer experience.
• Provide sales support to the UK market when needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate customer data and provide sales forecasts.
• Represent AT-PAC at meetings, site visits and industry events.
