Proven commercial track record in securing and growing enterprise accounts.
Strong knowledge of GDP and temperature-controlled life science logistics.
Experience working with multinational pharma/biotech organizations.
Demonstrated leadership at branch or country level.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Growth-oriented mindset with ability to drive revenue and share of wallet.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a structured Ireland growth strategy targeting multinational pharma and biotech companies.
Drive new client acquisition across clinical trials, biologics, and commercial pharmaceutical distribution.
Build and manage a robust commercial pipeline with forecasting and accountability.
Lead RFP responses, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Strengthen Ireland market visibility through industry engagement and strategic networking.
