Job summary

Fields of Life is seeking a passionate and relational Fundraising & Relationships Manager to help grow our work across Dublin and the Republic of Ireland. You will develop relationships with individuals, businesses, churches, trusts and foundations who share our vision of transforming lives through education, clean water and community development in East Africa.

This role requires a personal Christian faith, excellent communication, and the ability to travel regularly for meetings and events

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising and relationship management.
• Proven track record building trusted relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly for meetings and events.
• Personal Christian faith and ability to reflect charity ethos.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with individuals, businesses, churches, trusts and foundations who share our vision.
• Grow fundraising and relationships across Dublin and the Republic of Ireland.
• Meet people, build trusted relationships and make appropriate asks.
• Prepare donor proposals, cases for support, donor reports or similar materials.
