Job summary

Cancer Fund for Children is seeking a Corporate Fundraising Lead (ROI) to drive the growth of its Corporate Partnerships Programme across the Republic of Ireland. Reporting to the National Fundraising Manager, you’ll shape and deliver the ROI strategy, build strong relationships with corporate partners and lead a dedicated partnerships team to deliver ambitious income targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the ROI Corporate Partnerships Team to achieve income and engagement targets.
• Create a high-performing team culture through coaching, performance management and professional development.
• Undertake regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews and annual appraisals.
• Support recruitment, induction and future expansion of the Corporate Partnerships Team.
• Promote wellbeing, collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulation, GDPR and organisational policies.
• Develop and deliver the ROI Corporate Partnerships Strategy and grow sustainable income.
• Identify new strategic partnerships and opportunities aligned with Cancer Fund for Children’s values.
• Monitor fundraising trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Contribute to budgets, income targets and operational plans for Corporate Partnerships.
• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs and provide regular reports and pipeline updates.
• Develop and deliver stewardship programmes to maximise retention and long-term value.
• Build relationships with corporate partners and senior stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality partnership proposals, presentations and impact reports.
• Collaborate across the island with Northern Ireland and cross-organisational teams.
