Job summary

Canon EMEA in Ireland is seeking a field service professional to provide on-site service support to customers in line with service guidelines and best practices.

You will conduct machine inspections, testing, quality checks, and repairs, diagnose faults, and order parts as needed, ensuring follow-up support to meet customers' needs.

Contract support will be required on fixed days and times, offering an active role within a dedicated service team.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine inspection, testing and quality checks.
• Ability to diagnose faults and order parts as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support to customers in line with service guidelines and best practices.
• Carrying out machine inspection on site, machine testing and quality checking, machine repairs, fault diagnosis and ordering parts as necessary.
• Provide follow up support to meet customers’ needs and ensure contract support is maintained between fixed days and times.
