We are hiring for our client, an established international investment management business, seeking an experienced Investment Sales Manager to develop new relationships with high-net-worth investors across Ireland.
You will contact leads provided by the business, qualify prospective clients and arrange face-to-face meetings with the aim of securing new clients and assets. There is no cold calling; however, this is a demanding, high-activity position involving extensive telephone engagement, regular travel and direct consultative selling.
The successful Investment Sales Manager will be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service teams, allowing them to focus fully on winning new business.

Report directly to a company director.
At least five years’ successful sales experience with high-net-worth individuals.
Consistent and quantifiable success selling to stock market investors.
Proven ability to close new investor business.
Strong consultative selling and interpersonal skills.
Motivated by ambitious goals and measurable results.
Resilient, optimistic and persistent when managing setbacks.
Comfortable engaging with a wide variety of prospective clients.
Highly ethical and professional in approach.
